·        Responsible for processing and payment of all goods and services on behalf of the Authority

·        Developing clear internal financial management procedures for managing day-to-day finances of the Authority.

·        Advising management on financial issues and policies, carrying out all Financial Business on behalf of the Authority.

·        Preparing and Reporting on all Financial Transactions of MHA and its agencies.
